Shipping Method

All orders at Maison California are shipped free of charge using our standard delivery service.
There are no expedited or paid shipping options available at this time — this allows us to keep our process streamlined and reliable.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

    • United States: 6–10 calendar days

    • Canada & Europe: 7–14 calendar days

    • Rest of World: 10–20 calendar days

During peak seasons (such as holidays or sale events), processing and delivery may take slightly longer.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide at no additional cost.
Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and local customs regulations.

  • Customs fees or import duties (if applicable in your country) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Maison California cannot influence or accelerate customs clearance once the shipment has arrived in your country.


Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maisoncalifornia.com.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and items (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for compensation.
Please note that if packaging is damaged but the product is intact and functional, it does not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We require proof of loss or formal confirmation from the carrier before taking further action.

  • Claims made more than 7 days after the marked delivery date may not be accepted.

Maison California is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Order Modification & Cancellation

Because of our automated fulfillment system, it’s not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Please double-check your address and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
